Pleasure, Grief, & Self-Reclamation
My work is for you who are willing to explore your edges, restoring pieces of you that may have been exiled or lost.
Perhaps you know, or have an inkling, that you have a capacity for more pleasure and presence in your body.
Perhaps you want to move toward, and with, your grief with more understanding and less fear.
What would it mean to you to live more fully in your body?
I’m so glad you’re here.
Folks are drawn to my work through three main avenues.
Do you want to feel more ease and joy around your body, pleasure, and sexual expression?
Did you grow up in the church and are seeking embodied support from someone who understands the depth of harm that can be inflicted from those institutions and communities with regard to your body, pleasure, gender, and/or sexual expression… and the grief that underlies that harm.
Are you grieving and need a safe space for your grief to be held and witnessed?
My work centers queer folks and those who grew up in the Christian church.
The space I hold is gender expansive, non-judgmental, tender, and playful. We move at the speed of trust… which means learning to tune more deeply into the wisdom that exists inside your body. The work is experiential and trauma informed.
