I saw Jess for a session to integrate some sexual discoveries around my queer identity and it was incredibly helpful. First, she listened with such compassion, openness and understanding. I felt very seen by her, and very safe in the space. Before the session, it was definitely a stretch for me to think about masturbating in front of someone in a therapeutic context, and going into my work with Jess I didn't think I'd be comfortable doing that. After talking with Jess, though, the session very naturally moved into this. It was amazing to feel like I could explore my sexuality - and, more importantly, the messages that came from my body when I did that - in front of another person in a therapeutic way. Jess was incredibly professional. She witnessed me, and guided me into listening to my body's insights and messages, and she had such strong and beautiful boundaries in the way she participated in this process with me. I in no way felt like Jess was sexualizing or eroticizing my process - I simply felt witnessed and guided. It was profound, and the messages I received from my body supported me in accepting new pieces of my identity. Jess has a rare gift for being able to hold this type of space professionally, and I so strongly recommend her services to anyone who would like to integrate and explore their sexuality.

Mastubation coaching with Jess was profoundly moving, insightful, pleasurable and practically very useful in helping come into connection with my body and pleasure. Jess has a great sense of humour, and is a delightful mix of warmth, compassion and wisdom. Her big heart and loving spirit helped me touch into tender aspects of my sexuality and I loved that she was equally game to join me in the dark, crass shadowlands of my sexual play and desires. Everything I learned about being in relationship and healthy communication with another human being I learned from Jess. She has inspired my ability to relate to others, be present, take care of myself, and ask for what I need by her example and through her encouragement.
